Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage tables with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, ensuring maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-quality restaurant or bar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and priorities with ease.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations and upsell.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
