Position Overview

We are currently seeking a committed Recovery Coordinator who is passionate about making a significant difference in the lives of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with service users, conducting assessments, and ensuring they receive tailored interventions that meet their specific needs. Your work will primarily take place in collaboration with various agencies, focusing on facilitating social reintegration and promoting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to clients from their initial engagement through their entire treatment process.
  • Implement Drug Rehabilitation and Alcohol Treatment Requirements in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to courts and criminal justice entities regarding the suitability for specialized interventions.
  • Collaborate with the National Probation Service and other relevant organizations to enhance service delivery.
  • Empower clients to achieve meaningful lives through recovery, resilience, and peer support.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A solid understanding of substance misuse challenges and experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of effective interventions that contribute to the reduction of drug-related offenses.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficient IT capabilities.
  • The ability to work independently while managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
  • A good understanding of mental health services and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of professionals.
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
