Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Host to join our team at Be At One, Greek Street in Leeds. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for an unforgettable night out.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring they feel valued and entertained throughout their visit.
- Develop a strong product knowledge and make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, showcasing our extensive cocktail menu.
- Keep the bookings organized and be ready with any requested details, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues, upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
