Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate housekeeping activities, planning and distributing room-cleaning assignments to ensure seamless execution.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to guarantee the highest standards are met.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or missing/damaged property to ensure prompt resolution.
- Respond to guest and Front Desk requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Run reports on arrivals, departures, and vacant ready rooms to optimize housekeeping operations.
What We're Looking For:
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- A team-first attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
