Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate housekeeping activities, planning and distributing room-cleaning assignments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to guarantee the highest standards are met.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or missing/damaged property to maintain our facilities' integrity.
  • Respond promptly to guest and Front Desk requests to provide exceptional service.
  • Run reports on arrivals, departures, and vacant ready rooms to optimize our operations.
