Job Summary:

KRS Associates, a leading recruitment provider in the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Associate Consultant to join our Commercial Strategy or Market Access division.

About the Role:

As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in talent sourcing, screening, and placement activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our Client Partners with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conducting initial phone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications, skills, and interest in potential job opportunities.
  • Coordinating candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Becoming an expert in sourcing high-quality candidates within the life science strategy consulting market.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our CRM system.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the 360 or 180 recruitment model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • A resilient and motivated individual, driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
