Job Summary
We are looking for a talented individual to assist our Client Partners with candidate sourcing, screening, and placement activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, working closely with our Commercial Strategy and Market Access divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Client Partners with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications, skills, and interest in potential job opportunities.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Develop expertise in sourcing high-quality candidates within the life science strategy consulting market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our CRM system.
What We Offer
