As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide resident-centred care, prioritising the needs and preferences of our residents
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with their medication, meals, and mobility
- Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being among our residents
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
