This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, while aligning with US operational hours (shifts from 1pm to 10pm UK time).
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage and respond to support tickets, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software assistance.
- Engage in collaborative projects with the broader IT department.
- Organize and prioritize tickets and cases utilizing ServiceNow.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a service desk or IT support capacity.
- Proficiency with Active Directory and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Intune.
