Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage and respond to support tickets, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive hardware and software assistance.
  • Engage in collaborative projects with the broader IT department.
  • Organize and prioritize tickets and cases utilizing ServiceNow.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a service desk or IT support capacity.
