What will I be doing day to day?

In a nutshell - you will provide a key supporting role within the Professional Services team, working alongside project implementation consultants and interacting directly with customers to ensure project deliverables are met and that customers are satisfied with project delivery.

In a bit more detail you will be:
- Providing customer administration support including task scheduling confirmation, pre-requisites and post implementation follow-up- Scheduling of project tasks including ordering hardware and 3rd party software- Creation and distribution of regular team capacity reports-
- Ensuring timely filing of completed documents (customer sign off sheets) and tasks- Responding to queries from customers and internal teams regarding project delivery- Assisting project team members in task completion and prioritisation and highlighting issues to the professional services manager- Ensuring that project documentation/reports are up to date and stored in the appropriate location- Delivering to set KPIs and SLA- Travel very occasionally throughout the island of Ireland to attend project meetings and supporting other team members on project implementation tasks- Any other reasonable duties as required by Management

What do I need to be eligible to apply?

You need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or Business related discipline with strong academic results

OR- 1 years’ experience as project administrator / coordinator or similar role

AND;- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer facing/focused role- Strong customer focus and client expectation management skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Currently holds independent right to work in Ireland

It’s not a deal breaker but we would really like it if you also had:
- Knowledge of or experience with the Credit Union market- Good understanding of retail banking IT systems infrastructure- Professional project management qualifications- Full clean driving licence
