Position Overview
In the role of Sales Training Manager at JLA Group, you will be instrumental in developing the educational frameworks for the sales division. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your key responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of training initiatives for both field and inside sales teams. You will employ a variety of instructional techniques to facilitate effective learning and professional growth, thereby supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and assess training programs tailored for sales personnel
- Perform training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint training necessities
- Formulate annual plans for Learning & Development activities
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service departments to ensure alignment
- Maintain comprehensive training records and skills matrices for sales positions
- Provide mentorship to Sales Managers to foster staff development
- Generate reports detailing the progress of sales personnel
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills:
- Preferred experience in e-learning program development
- Comprehension of the sales and marketing dynamic

Experience:
