Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Delivery Manager/Business Analyst to join our team at Robert Walters Operations Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Finance and Insurance, with hands-on experience delivering change within a BAU function.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience within the finance function within insurance, regulatory change, and reporting systems Lloyds reporting IRFS 17.
  • Proven ability to deliver change through years of working within a BAU function.
  • Experience creating financial statements or acting as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of Lloyds market ideally IFRS 17 change or regulatory programs.
  • Finance qualification beneficial.
About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to define, document, and install new reporting and control processes to support the transition to IFRS 17 reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory change and reporting systems, with the ability to create financial statements and act as a Business Analyst.
