Job Overview

As a vital member of our Internal Sales Team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. We seek a collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills to support both internal and external clients by providing tailored quotations and assisting our external sales teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and to consistently surpass client expectations. Continuous training on our extensive product range will be provided to equip you with the knowledge needed to create system quotations and address all customer inquiries effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Dedication to Superior Customer Service: Manage daily inquiries, including quotes, questions, and calls.
  • Quote Follow-Up: Initiate follow-ups in the new year.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs) utilizing dormant customer data on SAP/NSI Register.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct cold and warm calls to existing customers, manage sales pipelines, and arrange meetings for BDMs.
  • Post-Meeting Collaboration: Work with BDMs to provide updates on action items following meetings.
  • Data Integrity: Uphold high standards of data accuracy.
  • Team Objectives: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about our complete product offerings.
  • Quotation Development: Utilize the CRM system SAP to generate specific quotations.
  • Panel Design: Employ MS Visio to create panel templates for customer approval.
  • Deadline Management: Demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple stakeholder demands.
  • Customer Service Metrics: Meet and exceed established Customer Service KPIs.
  • Field Experience: Engage in distribution sit-in days and prospect hunting alongside BDMs.
