Event Sales Specialist

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Event Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Arora Group. This role is essential in driving our events and meetings sales forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and confidence while collaborating with team members.
- Manage financial aspects of bookings, including handling pre-payments, cancellation fees, and ensuring precise billing.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance profitability and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong communication to foster lasting client relationships.
- Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively manage schedules.
- Maintain a meticulous attention to detail and remain calm under pressure.
- Possess prior experience in a comparable role to ensure a smooth transition into our team.
- Have a good command of IT skills and familiarity with hotel management software, such as Opera.
