Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Events Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finances of bookings, including pre-payments, cancellation fees, and correct billing.

Requirements
  • Enthusiasm, confidence, and the ability to work in a team
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills to build great relationships with our customers
  • Good time management and diary management skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • IT skills and experience with hotel software, such as Opera, is desirable
