Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finances of bookings, including pre-payments, cancellation fees, and correct billing.
  • Upsell and gain maximum profitability through excellent customer care and communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with our hotel software team to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
