We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Events Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the finances of bookings, including pre-payments, cancellation fees, and correct billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the finances of bookings, including pre-payments, cancellation fees, and correct billing.
- Upsell and gain maximum profitability through excellent customer care and communication skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with our hotel software team to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
