About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Luton Hoo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, building relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to event execution, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth event execution, including venue setup, catering, and logistics.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage event finances, including pre-payments, cancellation fees, and billing.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel software, such as Opera, to optimize sales and event management.
