Job Title: Construction Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Liaison Officer to join our team at Ionic Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of construction projects in high-rise social housing blocks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents and scheme managers on site, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Book appointments with residents for planned works, ensuring minimal disruption to their daily lives.
  • Attend project pre-start meetings and progress meetings to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Write letters to confirm appointments and inform residents of planned works, maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Conduct aftercare visits and collect customer satisfaction forms to measure the quality of our work.
  • Manage and resolve any difficulties or complaints regarding planned work, negotiating with all parties to find a resolution.
  • Support and plan social value events within the community, fostering positive relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Develop resident liaison strategies for all projects and contracts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
