Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a site team, including tradesmen, subcontractors, and tenant liaison officers, to ensure that works are carried out to programme and within budget.
  • Monitor health and safety on site, ensuring that all necessary protocols are in place to protect employees and the public.
  • Attend progress meetings and client meetings to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Liaise with tenants and resolve any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.

As a successful Site Manager, you will have a proven track record of managing similar contracts, with experience of managing schemes within tenanted properties. You will also have excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on quality and health and safety. You will hold a current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
