We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our construction projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a site team, including tradesmen, subcontractors, and tenant liaison officers, to ensure works are carried out to programme and within budget.
- Monitor health and safety on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Liaise with tenants and resolve any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of managing similar contracts, including cyclical maintenance and new fire door installation to tenanted social housing properties.
- Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on quality and health and safety.
- A current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
