Job Summary

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in leading employee relations matters, providing expert support, and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Lead settlement negotiations, mediation, and conciliation services to resolve conflicts and maintain a fair and impartial approach.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with HR objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex HR issues.
