Job Summary

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert support in employee relations matters, leading settlement negotiations, and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to management and employees on employee relations matters.
  • Lead settlement negotiations, mediation, and conciliation services to resolve conflicts and disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining impartiality and objectivity in all matters.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
