Finance Assistant Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Finance Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, and contributing to the growth and development of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with purchase ledger duties, including processing invoices and delivery notes
  • Manage sales ledger and reconcile accounts
  • Support the accounting team with financial reporting and month-end tasks
  • Contribute to the development of financial processes and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the accounting team
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial software
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Couple of years' experience in finance and/or accounting
