About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our Customer Services team at Currys Group. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide regular and consistent performance feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You'll Need

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
