Retail Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stock taking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites
- Travel to different client sites each day and occasionally stay away from home
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and nights
- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Full driving license
- Ability to travel and work away from home
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights
- Ability to manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
