Retail Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stocktaking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock-taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stocktaking
- Deliver high-quality stocktaking services to our clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Proven experience in a stocktaking or retail management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
