Retail Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stock taking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites
- Ensure accurate and efficient stock counting
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a stock taking or retail management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full driving license
