Night Support Worker

Creative Support is a non-profit organisation providing high-quality person-centred social care services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and other requirements.
We are seeking a calm, resourceful, and energetic individual to provide person-centred care and support to young adults with learning disabilities, some of whom are on the autistic spectrum and have complex needs.
The successful candidate will have skills in positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for the people we support. They will be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, accept responsibility, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
The role involves providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, as well as administrative duties as directed by the manager. The successful candidate will be lone working during the night with minimal support, so prior experience in this field of work is beneficial. However, they must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently, make confident decisions, and be proactive in ensuring the house is CQC compliant at all times.
The service is situated on the edge of the countryside, offering a unique and challenging opportunity for the right candidate. We provide relevant training, including accredited health and social care diplomas through our own training academy. The successful candidate will be required to work in a flexible manner on a rota.
