We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team as Disability Assessors. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a critical role in assessing the needs of customers who are claiming disability benefits. Your clinical expertise and judgment will be essential in determining the level of support required, and your reports will inform the Department of Work and Pensions' decision-making process.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' medical conditions and functional abilities
  • Develop comprehensive reports that accurately reflect the customer's needs and circumstances
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to assessment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain your clinical skills and knowledge

We are committed to providing a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • Industry-leading training provided by experienced clinical tutors
  • Focus on clinical areas where you may feel you have gaps in your general knowledge, including mental health and musculoskeletal issues
  • Approximately 6 months of training, during which you will be paid
