We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Assessor to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing the functional abilities of individuals claiming for the ESA benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough functional medical assessments of disabilities or conditions
  • Work with a variety of individuals presenting with complex conditions, including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills to work with clients and stakeholders
  • Produce high-quality reports and assessments

Requirements:

  • Full HCPC/NMC registration
  • Skilled in report writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • 1 year's post-qualification experience
