We are seeking a skilled and experienced Disability Assessor to join our team at Ingeus, a leading provider of human services. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a critical role in conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' functional abilities and providing recommendations to support their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and objective assessments of individuals' functional abilities, including their ability to perform activities of daily living.
  • Investigate the impact of various health issues on individuals' daily lives and develop well-reasoned recommendations to support their independence.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining individuals' functional abilities and provide recommendations for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and excellence of our health assessment services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months of post-graduate experience as a registered healthcare professional, including nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists.
  • Strong critical analysis and logical thinking skills.
  • Good level of IT literacy, with experience using various software and online tools to document assessments and communicate findings.
