About the Role

  • Develop and implement growth strategies across a medium/large sales team, leveraging your expertise in commercial procurement and business development.
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a common vision and goals are achieved.
  • Drive the customer buying and selling process, utilizing your exceptional leadership and communication skills.
