We are a leading law firm with a strong presence in the region, seeking a skilled Workplace Coordinator to join our facilities team in Southampton.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide day-to-day support to our facilities team. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing our on-site restaurant, maintaining our open-plan office space, and coordinating large meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate large meetings and events, including arranging catering, audio-visual equipment, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Work closely with the facilities team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in a facilities or administrative role, preferably in a law firm or similar environment.
