Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager at Jago Consultants. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team, clients, and suppliers with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Administration: Assist with client care agreements, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and other client-related matters.
  2. Financial Management: Handle incoming and outgoing payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
  3. Diary Management: Coordinate and manage the team's schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  4. Communication: Provide exceptional communication skills, including inbound and outbound call handling, email management, and client correspondence.
  5. Administrative Support: Offer general administrative support, including proofreading, transcribing, and other secretarial tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: A minimum of A-level standard or above.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a good sense of humor.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Circa £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience).
