About the Role

Park Lane Surgery is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Care Navigator. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct patients in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Process prescriptions, letters, and other documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear information about practice procedures.
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in IT and administrative systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
