As a Registered Nurse at Broxbourne, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, leading the care team to achieve outstanding outcomes, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders. Your expertise in wound management, medication administration, and personal care will be invaluable in ensuring the well-being of our residents.

• Achieve a high standard of care for our residents
• Lead the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Maintain effective communication and accurate reporting
• Manage wounds and administer medications according to policy
• Provide personal care for residents, including assistance with daily living activities
• Carry out staff supervision and appraisals
• Participate in internal quality audits and training
