Marine Cargo Surveyor Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the maritime industry? We're seeking a skilled Marine Cargo Surveyor to join our team at Talent Finder Jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of cargo to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including cargo owners, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute cargo operations, inspections, and meetings
  • Manage schedules proactively and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Operate within agreed authorities, inspection, and H&S standards, acting in the best interests of principals at all times
Requirements:
  • Ability to undertake loadmaster and slinger/signaller role in cargo lifting operations or develop with experience and training
  • IT literate with strong report writing ability
  • Fluent English language written and verbal ability
  • Hold a current UK driving licence
