Key Responsibilities- Deliver the volume, quality, and profitability of growth opportunities to the Line of Business, enabling them to hit their plan targets.
- Build relationships with brokers and customers, both internally and externally, as necessary.
- Exercise key responsibilities for the training and development of junior underwriting staff, and to deliver thought leadership.
- Accountable for the performance and development of the risks assigned to you, as per plan.
- Strong technical experience in underwriting and handling cargo and freight liability risks.
