Position Overview

As a vital member of the Booking Administration team within the Berkshire Healthcare NHS Talking Therapies Administration Team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations. A background in a fast-paced office or customer service setting is crucial for success in this position.

Exceptional communication and telephone skills are essential to maintain high standards of interaction with all stakeholders, including referrers, callers, and clients.

This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for both remote and on-site work. Flexibility to travel to various locations may be necessary.

Our operational hours are from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, with team shifts distributed across three patterns: 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm, and 12pm - 8pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients utilizing Talking Therapies, delivering outstanding customer service by addressing daily inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure a robust and efficient administrative support system for the Talking Therapies clinical team, facilitating timely resolution of queries and tasks.
  • Accurately input client data to meet established data standards and ensure timely processing.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve administrative targets and objectives.
