We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our Financial Planning team at Evelyn Partners as a Client Administrator. This role will provide full administrative support to Financial Planners and involve building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
- Liaise with operational teams to provide support on activities such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
- Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations.
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
- Proven experience working in the financial services industry, preferably within financial planning.
- Ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
- A strong ethic of client service.
- Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organizational skills.
