About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the AXA Commercial team, as we experience significant growth in our branches. We are looking to enhance our team with 2 Property and Casualty Underwriters. These positions present a remarkable chance for you to establish essential foundations and influence the future direction of AXA.

What you'll be doing:

As a Commercial Underwriter, you will help drive and transform our partnerships with brokers through responsive, flexible, and collaborative relationships. With a blend of technical and trading capabilities, you will be empowered to make informed decisions, supported by data and decision-making tools. Your focus will be on developing and delivering profitable growth across new and existing business within key markets.

Underwrite Property & Casualty business profitably in accordance with established underwriting practices, utilizing the full range of available tools. Establish a reputation as a trading expert with a panel of intermediaries and build confidence in the branch's capabilities through interaction with our Underwriting Technical Centre.

About you

Analytical skills with experience in account monitoring and action planning. Experience in a commercial underwriting environment, preferably in the mid-market sector.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
