Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of the Risk Governance, Infrastructure, and Tools required to support the Risk Management Framework.
  • Maintain and update the Risk Management Framework methodology and process documentation in line with regulatory requirements, Mastercard Risk, Regulated Business Entities, and current industry good practice.
  • Support the development and rollout of risk tooling, working and aligning with other business entities.
  • Support the Director of Risk Framework and Group Functions Risk Management with the development of a process by which to identify and record emerging risks and guide scenario analysis in line with Mastercard Risk.
  • Maintain and update risk management policies in line with regulatory requirements, Mastercard Risk, business entities, and current industry good practice.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of risk management principles and the interrelationships of 3LoD.
  • Knowledge of the requirements of good risk governance.
  • Recent experience of using Risk Management Tools such as IBM Open Pages and Archer.
  • Understanding and experience from financial services risk and compliance framework, standards, including insight in specifically Nordic risk and compliance regulations of financial services.
  • Demonstrate strong disciplines with regard to accuracy and quality of output.
  • A good command of the English language both written and verbal.
