As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of our Clinical Services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction for the development of clinical services and enable the delivery of services within the Directorate.
- Network with Clinical Directors in other Directorates to deliver high-quality patient pathways across the Trust.
- Provide specialist public health, clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety advice to the Trust and Community and Children's Boards and staff.
- Lead the directorate to ensure all contacts in the 0-19 service maximize health improvement opportunities and reduce inequalities in health outcomes.

Person Specification- Qualifications: Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience, relevant professional registration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Senior Clinician, recent experience of working in a project management or leadership role, significant local contribution to the modernization of services and improvement.
