Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at DFL. As a key member of our Content Department, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content across our social media channels to engage and inform our global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Planning and Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand tone and voice, ensuring consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across our social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Social Media Manager and other team members to ensure seamless execution of content plans and strategies.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with our audience and internal stakeholders.
  • Content Creation Skills: Have a strong understanding of content creation principles and be able to develop high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Be familiar with social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and have experience with social media management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Player: Be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
