We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Work Winning team at Galldris Group. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for drafting high-quality proposal documentation and supporting the creation of winning bids.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting Proposal Documentation: Develop and maintain a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to ensure efficiency across submissions.
- Supporting Bid Team: Assist in the creation of bid documents, including kick-offs and settlements, and provide proofing and editing services to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage proposal submissions, assist the wider Preconstruction team, and undertake other administrative duties as required.
- Opportunity Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and logging opportunities through procurement portals.
- Experience: Proven experience working within a bid team, drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses.
- Skills: Excellent writing and grammar skills, effective communication and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and relationship building skills.
- Education: Degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or English, or equivalent experience.
