Right Now Group is seeking an experienced Export Operator to work with our busy client based in Heathrow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive documentation of exports from start to finish.
  • Monitor and manage multiple shared mailboxes to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with airlines and handling agents to arrange shipments and bookings.
  • Process costing and invoicing for operational finance.
  • Send pre-alerts to customers and network stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documents are complete and prepared for secure cargo handover.
  • Comply with HMRC regulations regarding customs entries.

Requirements:
