Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team at Hayes Garden Centre in Ambleside. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide knowledgeable advice on our products
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to complement their needs
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
  • Be a team player and maintain a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude

Requirements

  • Good availability for weekend and weekday working
  • Previous experience in sales, customer care, or retail is desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily KPIs
