Special Events Fundraising Executive

Team: Special Events, within High Value Partnerships Department

Location: London (combination of home based with at least one day a week in the London office)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the delivery of our annual fundraising events and projects. As a Special Events Fundraising Executive, you will work closely with the Special Events Managers to ensure the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of special events, including logistics, marketing, and fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with committees and volunteers to achieve event goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Special Events Managers, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to secure funding and support for our events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, events, or fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
