We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fundraising Executive to support the delivery of our Special Events.
As a key member of the Special Events Team, you will work closely with our Special Events Managers to ensure the successful execution of our annual fundraising events and projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to Special Events Managers
- Coordinating event logistics and operations
- Communicating with colleagues, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration and events
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
