Special Events Fundraising Executive

Team: Special Events, within High Value Partnerships Department

Location: London (combination of home based with at least one day a week in the London office)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the delivery of our annual fundraising events and projects. As a Special Events Fundraising Executive, you will work closely with the Special Events Managers to ensure the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of special events, including logistics, marketing, and fundraising activities.
  • Collaborate with committees and volunteers to achieve event goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Special Events Managers, including data entry, reporting, and communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and event attendees.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration and events, preferably in a fundraising environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
